I have been working as a clinical supervisor for over 14 years and during this time I've worked with some wonderful counsellors and never stopped learning. This is the beauty of our profession and part of my job is to help you stay healthy in order to enjoy it as long as you can.
Currently, I supervise for various organisations including Pavilions, CGL, Surry Drug & Alcohol Counselling and in private practice.
I take a relational and process orientated approach to supervision and believe that the supervisory relationship should be a safe and supportive one which attends to the developmental and educational needs of the supervisee and also ensures that their clients are being worked within an ethical, safe and appropriate way.
As with all counselling relationships, it is important we feel comfortable working together so I would suggest we meet to see if that's possible.
I work with qualified counsellors and the fee is £45.
For newly qualified counsellors I offer a sliding scale of fees.
(negotiated) depending on how many clients you have.
Telephone or Skype supervision
I offer telephone supervision for experienced counsellors only.
We would meet face to face for an initial session and if we get on and feel we are able to work together then arrange a regular time for supervision by telephone or Skype.
The fee is £45 for the initial session and £35 thereafter.
